The ActiveXPowUpload 1.0 Beta was designed to be an simple client-side programm that can be used to fulfil numerous files uploads from a PC user machine to the net server.

ActiveXPowUpload 1.0 Beta is a ActiveX supported by alone Net Explorer but don’t needs anything on PC user side and supports any standard file processing script on server side.

Key features:

• Possibility to repeal an upload anytime.
• Multiple file selection at once by Ctrl, Shift keys or by Ctrl+A ardent key.
• Limit the maximum allowed number of files to be uploaded at the same time.
• Sends selected paths data. This allows to recreate folder structure at server as it PC user selected.
• Uploads Form content items at the same request by POST or GET method.
• Supports Proxy Servers. It using the same proxy specified at browser settings to upload files.
• Supports Authentication (Basic, Windows integrated). ActiveXPowUpload don’t ask credentials if PC user already entered it while opening net page.
• Multilingual interface.
• File filters by extension in the “Browse Files” dialog.
• Returns server response with errors or success upload confirmation.
• Supports SSL (HTTPS).
• Supports Cookies and Session. ActiveXPowUpload automaticaly sends all Cookies and SessionID cookie that has net page containing it.
• Supports Unicode file names, content Form items, localized messages and captions.
• Limit the maximum allowed total size of files.
• Recursive directories selection.
• Interface can be fully hidden and replaced with custom HTML and Java Script code. Control has reach properties, methods and events.
• Rich progress and level details during the upload process.
• Access to files date modified, date generated, date last accessed, name, size details. This info available before upload and also can be uploaded with files to the server.
• Drag-n-drop files and directories.
• Limit the maximum allowed size of individual files.

Requirements:
Server’s side:
- Any operating system and net server.
- Standard script which receives files on server. ASP, ASP.NET, PHP, Perl, JSP examples are included.

User’s side:
- Net Explorer 4.0+ browser. Other browsers not supported.
